Safe Pass Course Now Open in County Mayo

Residents on Ireland’s Western Shores Can Now Meet Their Construction Site Requirements.

Quick Safe Pass is now providing safety awareness training in County Mayo. Construction personnel in this western region of Ireland can meet the requirement of Construction Regulations 2006 more easily. The one-day basic safety awareness training enables them to earn their FAS/Solas safe pass card.

Whether you live in Castlebar, Ballina, Westport, or other towns in the area, you must pass this basic health and safety course. Essential duties and responsibilities are explained. Attendees also learn about working at heights, excavating in confined spaces, and working around electricity.

The use of personal protective equipment is explained along with its importance. The course we offer also covers hand held equipment/tools and how to safely drive vehicles. Noise and vibration topics, manual handling, and health and hygiene are discussed.

Candidates who complete the safe pass course in County Mayo must finish out by taking the multiple choice assessment. Led by the course organiser, this determines whether you pass or fail and can earn your safe pass card.

Once this document is earned, you are eligible to legally work in the local construction industry.
